Choose between sauna, steam room or hot bath to relax muscles, release tension and prepare the body for the experience.
Immerse yourself in a cold bath, a cold shower or the lake to stimulate circulation, revitalize the body and awaken the senses.
Treat yourself to a moment of rest in the relaxation area, in the yurt or facing the lake to integrate the benefits and prolong the feeling of well-being.
Repeat the ritual 2 to 3 times, then gently extend the experience by the lake to fully enjoy its benefits.
